Calm, light tones with vibrant accents. Part of the grounds is occupied by a pebble garden with ornamental grasses and succulents, while another part features an olive and lemon grove with a lower layer of shrubs and ornamental grasses.

A blend of island and Mediterranean styles. The planting scheme consists of drought-tolerant species that thrive in poor soils.
