This website, Gardeniana, uses cookies and Google identifiers to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily provide in our contact form. We do not require registration and do not send marketing messages. Analytics run only after you give your consent.
What data we process
We process two kinds of data: anonymous usage data for analytics (pages viewed, language, approximate region, device and browser type, navigation), and the contact details you provide if you send us a message through the form. We do not require registration and do not ask for your email.
Contact form and your requests
When you send a message through the form, we collect the name, phone number and, optionally, the preferred messenger you enter. We use this data only to contact you back about your request. Your request is saved in our database and is also delivered to us through Telegram. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and do not use it for marketing. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact below.
Cookies and Google identifiers
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. With your consent it sets cookies and Google identifiers (such as _ga) that let us count visits and analyse behaviour. Until you accept, these cookies and identifiers are not set and analytics works in a restricted, cookieless mode.
Legal basis
Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by clicking Accept in the cookie banner. Data from the contact form is processed to respond to your request and to take steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). You can withdraw consent or object at any time.

You can accept or decline analytics in the banner shown on your first visit; to change this later, clear this site's cookies and reload the page. To access or delete the data you submitted through the form, simply contact us using the details below.
Data sharing and transfers
We share data only with the service providers that make the site work: Google (analytics, via Google Tag Manager) and Telegram (delivery of your form messages). These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including outside the EU, under their own data-protection safeguards. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
